Final deep dive at The Talent Institute

After developing loads of new skills, tools and things that we’ve learned in the last 4 months we finally deserved some End of Deep Dives Drinks. And I can sure as hell tell you we enjoyed them. We’ve finally met the next batch of Growth Hacking trainees, they seemed very nice! In the last couple of weeks we’ve also met some alumni of The Talent Institute, some former Growth Hacking Trainees, which will help us with specific questions, the Growth Hacking Process and basically life. You just go out for a cup of coffee or grab a beer, while you discuss the progress of the last few months. It is always nice to have people that like to help you in this process and provide you with some guidance.

In the last three months, we’ve had 16 different deep dives, which took us one step deeper into the world of Growth Hacking. After a solid month of Growth Hacking training these lessons, from different experts in the field, were a fantastic combination with the experience we got from doing our traineeships. You could sometimes literally use things you learned in the previous weeks at TTI. I can honestly tell that I have never learned as much in such a short time. It was only four months, in which we have learned loads, but I guess time flies when you’re having fun. I most definitely enjoyed my days at the Talent Institute, but I am also glad that I can focus on my traineeship company for the last two months.

Some of my favorites

I would like to mention a couple of my favorite Deep Dives because they really were eye-openers like Market Channel Attribution, Web scraping a, d HTML. These courses gave me new insights in the field of Growth Hacking and have helped me to understand why the combination of data, marketing & technology is so strong. Of course, this is not to discredit any other expert or deep dive, because all sessions were very useful in order to broaden your horizon in the field of Growth Hacking.

I bet some of my fellow Growth Trainees have enjoyed different sessions than I did, but this is why Growth Hackers are T-shaped. T-shaped professionals have a solid base, but also have a specific field they are experts in. The different companies, situations, and interests shape you as a trainee. Some of the trainees are focusing on SEA, data analysis or CRO, while others have a more diverse traineeship.

We are going to stay in touch!

Finally, I would like to mention that we will not see each other every week from now on. It went from seeing each other every single day in the first month to seeing each other every Friday on the Deep Dives. Now we will see each other only every now and again. I am sure I will miss the trainees, which I have spent some great times with. Some of you I will definitely see in the future on TTI events, meetups and perhaps other occasions. Whenever we will see each other, I will be looking forward to it.
