At Riksja Travel, Anna is working as AI project manager, with the goal of turning the company’s AI ambition into real adoption and impact. She collaborates closely with teams in marketing, sales, product, IT, and data to identify the most impactful AI use cases and translate them into proof of concepts and practical applications: from agents that automate repetitive tasks and a customer-facing chatbot to smarter sales processes. Alongside this, she is building internal skills through training and setting up policies to ensure responsible use, laying the foundation for sustainable AI adoption.

Together with OHRA, she designed and validated customer journeys to drive measurable improvements. Through research, workshops and stakeholder alignment, she ensured solutions were implemented effectively, improving both customer experience and business impact.

As a Growth Manager, Sylke led the refinement of Talent Sourcing Partner's B2B Sales and Marketing strategies, driving digital business growth. She spearheaded strategic decision-making and project management, validating marketing approaches through data tracking and optimizing LinkedIn ad content. This project identified 5 key opportunity areas, validated 7 target segments, and optimized funnel strategies, resulting in a +2.02% performance increase. Her leadership fostered a Growth Mindset, streamlined brand architecture, and implemented new operational methodologies.
